Imran Hussain is the Founder & CEO of Cassandra Research Pty Ltd (ABN 70 659 258 367), an Australian B2B AI platform serving accountants, tax agents, lawyers and professional services firms. He combines two decades of international tax practice with applied Generative AI strategy to build research tools grounded in primary Australian legislation, ATO rulings and case law.

Imran has held senior tax and advisory roles at Deloitte, EY and KPMG, advising multinational groups, family offices and high-growth businesses across Australia, the United Kingdom and the Asia-Pacific. His technical focus spans Division 6, Division 7A, international tax structuring, transfer pricing, Part IVA, and the interaction of ITAA 1997 with double tax treaties.

He founded Cassandra Research to address a structural gap in Australian professional services: the absence of AI tools that reason against verified primary sources rather than generic web content.
